THE EXPERIMENT WORKBOOK
Choose a useful question, try one change at work and capture what you learn. Session prompts, templates and research-informed leadership tips support the practice.
Reflect on the situation, your intention and the other person’s experience.
For example, agree delegation criteria or listen once more in a 1on1.
Note what happened, what you learned and what to try next.
What leaders keep: a decision map · delegation agreements · a 1on1 conversation plan · experiment and reflection notes · a 30/60/90-day sustainment plan
Workbook entries remain personal. HR receives only agreed goals and changes in practice.

BEYOND THE FINAL SESSION
Choose a behavior to carry forward and a small experiment to continue.
Choose what to establish together and what change you want to notice.
Reflect on the leadership and team experience you hope will feel more natural, and choose what comes next.
This is a sustainment plan developed at completion, not an automatically included 90-day coaching service.
FROM LEADERSHIP TO PERFORMANCE
Small experiments in decisions, delegation, conversations and follow-through help teams focus on important work.

Agree priorities and decision rights to reduce approval delays and ambiguity.
Agree outcomes and support to reduce repeated checks and rework.
Use 1on1s and feedback to hear about obstacles early and identify support.
Agree owners, deadlines and follow-up to reduce omissions and sustain action.
Agree indicators with HR and the leader at setup, then review decision delays, rework or delivery against dates alongside real examples. Follow-up surveys take place separately 2–3 months after coaching ends.
Outcomes depend on practice and organizational conditions. Specific revenue or productivity gains are not guaranteed.
Find contracts, agreements, survey responsibilities, reporting boundaries and HR print materials in the implementation guide.
CLEAR ANSWERS
The core program consists of ten individual 60-minute coaching sessions on Zoom per leader. Session themes guide the journey; their order and emphasis can be adapted to the leader’s situation and goals.
An example cadence is every one to two weeks. Allow around three months for weekly sessions or five months for fortnightly sessions, including preparation and completion review. These are planning examples. The actual cadence and end date are agreed at setup, considering holidays and work schedules.
SustainLead™ is a ten-session 1:1 leadership coaching program for new and middle managers. Self-awareness and real-work behavior experiments help leaders examine roles, delegation, feedback and team operating routines. Sessions are 60 minutes on Zoom. Goals and scheduling are agreed during setup.
Rather than delivering a fixed curriculum or prescribing solutions, coaching uses questions and reflection to help leaders understand their patterns and test choices that fit their context. Workbooks and between-session experiments connect learning with real work.
It is an action and review plan created at program completion: choose a behavior and small experiment for 30 days, establish a practice with the team at 60 days, and revisit how you and the team want to work at 90 days. Additional coaching is not automatically included; further support is agreed separately.
No. Choose the questions that are useful now, try one experiment agreed in the session in your real work, and take three minutes afterward to record what happened, what you learned and what you might try next.
