Check whether pricing is per leader, the number and length of sessions, and the delivery period. A group class and individual coaching offer different participation formats. Consider the coach’s credentials, experience and fit with the actual workplace question.
SustainLead™ pricing and format
The standard fee is KRW 1.7 million per leader, excluding VAT. The corporate rate is KRW 1.5 million per leader, excluding VAT, for five or more leaders engaged together by the same company. The program comprises ten individual 60-minute Zoom sessions over approximately three to five months. Agree scheduling at engagement.
Check workbook, reports and survey arrangements
The experiment workbook supports practice between sessions. Mid-program and leadership growth reports summarize practice and learning. Agree survey coordination, timing, report contents and sharing in advance. The completion report does not include a pre/post survey comparison.
Confirm the scope before contracting
Confirm participants, timing, changes and cancellations, reporting and post-survey arrangements. The 30/60/90-day plan is developed at completion; separate follow-up coaching is not automatically included. Fees do not constitute a guarantee of revenue or productivity improvements.
