We build AI agents for our clients but inside our own team, nothing moved unless I signed off on it. Through the coaching program, I realized I had become the bottleneck. I was constantly firefighting, with no space to think about strategy. What changed wasn’t how hard I worked but how our leadership system was designed.

We shifted from reacting to problems to designing how we operate. I stopped giving answers and started asking better questions and that changed how the team thinks and takes ownership. Today, there’s a level of trust and stability we didn’t have before. And for the first time, I feel like I’m not just managing the business, I’m actually leading it.
